An RFP response management app for client opportunities, question ownership, answer reviews and submission readiness. Keep the response plan and its decision history together.

Response room gives each opportunity a client, deadline, owner and editable question set. Contributors draft answers, record review feedback and mark questions approved or needing changes. Submission can be recorded only after every required question has an approved answer and an owner confirms the external submission with a note. The app records the process; it does not send a proposal to the client. This pilot uses ToolJet Database and fictional records; packaging and clean-install validation remain separate.
Built for Proposal managers and sales teams coordinating seller-side responses to client RFPs.
An RFP response management app for client opportunities, question ownership, answer reviews and submission readiness. Keep the response plan and its decision history together.
Open the three earliest draft responses with their client, owner, deadline and required-answer progress.
Create an opportunity for a client with a unique reference, deadline and scope. Each starts with three editable required questions.
Add questions, assign owners, write answers, record review feedback and complete the guarded submission record. Reopen or withdraw with a reason.
Add client organizations and edit contact details while preserving linked opportunity history.
The response desk shows the earliest draft deadlines and actual required-answer approval counts. A separate summary identifies review and revision workload.
Create client organizations and opportunities with unique references, response owners and scope. Client relationships stay connected to the opportunity record.
Edit questions, answer ownership, categories, answers and review status. Answers entering review need substantive text; approvals and change requests need a named reviewer and feedback.
Record submission only after required answers are approved, with explicit confirmation and an owner note. Withdraw or reopen a response without deleting prior answers and history.
The pilot uses 2 tables with fictional records. No external database is needed to explore the source app.
| Table | Sample data | What it stores |
|---|---|---|
| Clients | 4 sample clients | Fictional client organizations with a named contact, email and industry. |
| Opportunities | 6 sample opportunities | Four draft responses, one submitted response and one withdrawn response, each with four questions and decision history. |
English desktop pilot. No outbound submission, document export, answer library, automated answer generation, signatures or tested access separation. Reviewers are recorded manually; this is not a role-enforced approval system. Reads are limited to the first 1,000 rows per table and writes stop above that cap. Deployment and download await package and clean-install validation.
This design is a starting point. Describe the look you want, add your logo and brand colors, or ask for new features in a prompt. Use the starter prompt to build your own version in the ToolJet AI builder, or use a suggested prompt to modify an app you already have. Review and test the result.
Suggested prompts describe changes you can request. Additional features and translations still need to be built and tested.
Choose ToolJet Cloud, or download the application package to import into your self-hosted instance once the template is released.
Explore the sample records in ToolJet Database, then add your records and configure the workflow for your team.
