Yes. SAP HANA, Postgres, MySQL and SQL Server natively, plus any REST, gRPC or GraphQL API exposed by your warehouse or transport platform, alongside 100+ connectors including UPS and AfterShip.
Can warehouse staff use it on handhelds and tablets?
Yes. Apps are responsive and can be laid out for small screens, so pick lists, counts and check-ins work on the floor.
Can we give customers or 3PLs their own view?
Yes. Row-level security scopes records to a customer or partner account, so a tracking view shows only their shipments. Access can be through SSO or invited users.
How fast can a first tool go live?

Do we pay per warehouse user?
Pricing is per builder, not per user. Every plan includes an end-user allowance and Enterprise includes unlimited end users, so rolling a tool out widely does not add a seat for every viewer. The pricing page lists the allowance on each plan.
