A moving company dispatch app for movers and packers coordinating crews and customer jobs. Record a move, track its stage, and keep load volume, arrival details, and notes together.

Carry opens with a move-day departure board organized by booked, en-route, loading and delivered stages, with crew workload alongside it. Coordinators can open a focused Moves page, create a job linked to an existing crew, then update coordinator, status, load volume, arrival-window label and notes. It uses ToolJet Database with fictional crews and moves.
Built for Dispatchers and coordinators at local moving companies managing customer moves across a small crew roster.
Keep the customer and route attached to the crew and the next handover.
See current moving work in a dispatch overview. Use crew context and job status to decide which handover needs attention.
Link a new customer-and-route record to an existing crew, with its coordinator, load volume, arrival-window label, and opening notes.
Update the coordinator, move status, volume, arrival window, and notes as the job progresses from booking to delivery.
A broad teal dispatch header and crew-oriented overview keep the working day readable without implying live GPS tracking.
Create a moving job against an existing crew with the customer and route description. Crew setup and later reassignment are outside the current form.
Track Booked, Confirmed, Loading, In transit, and Delivered with a named move coordinator and a current handover note.
Keep a manually entered load volume in cubic meters and arrival-window label on the job. Dispatchers must check actual capacity and scheduling themselves.
The pilot uses 2 tables with fictional records. No external database is needed to explore the source app.
| Table | Sample data | What it stores |
|---|---|---|
| Crews | 3 sample crews | Crew reference, name, and dispatch context. |
| Moving jobs | 7 sample moves | Crew, customer and route, coordinator, move status, load volume, arrival-window label, and notes. |
The overview shows four upcoming moves, excluding Delivered, sorted by their manually entered arrival labels. The crew layout is designed for the three sample crews. Route optimization, GPS tracking, schedule-conflict detection, automated capacity checks, crew reassignment, quotes, payments, and customer messaging are not included. Arrival windows are manual labels. The English desktop pilot reads up to 1,000 rows per table and blocks writes above that limit. Package export, clean installation, and access policies remain unverified.
This design is a starting point. Describe the look you want, add your logo and brand colors, or ask for new features in a prompt. Use the starter prompt to build your own version in the ToolJet AI builder, or use a suggested prompt to modify an app you already have. Review and test the result.
Suggested prompts describe changes you can request. Additional features and translations still need to be built and tested.
Choose ToolJet Cloud, or download the application package to import into your self-hosted instance once the template is released.
Explore the sample records in ToolJet Database, then add your records and configure the workflow for your team.
Describe your preferred design, branding, and new features in the AI builder. Test your workflow, then share your app with the people who need it.
