An inventory management app for operations teams. Create products, record receipts and issues, reconcile stock counts, and track replenishment from request through receipt.

Stockroom connects product records, stock movements, and replenishment in one workspace. New products start at zero stock. Receipts increase the balance, issues reduce it, and physical counts record an adjustment. The overview highlights products at or below their reorder point and outstanding supplier orders. Receiving a reorder adds its stock movement in the same save. The built pilot uses ToolJet Database and fictional data; deployment and download remain unavailable pending package and clean-install validation.
Built for Stockroom coordinators and operations teams tracking parts, supplies, and replenishment in a small inventory.
Create your own products, record the work, and close the replenishment loop.
See stock health, product coverage against target levels, and orders on the way. The overview shows up to six SKUs ranked by coverage and up to three inbound orders.
Create a unique SKU with a product name, category, storage bin, supplier, reorder point, and target stock. Open a product to inspect its balance and movement history.
Receive stock, issue units, or record a physical count with a reference and note. Edit product details and thresholds, then request replenishment when needed.
Move a request to Ordered, then Received or Cancelled with a decision note. A full receipt increases stock once and retains the order decision history.
On-hand stock is calculated from signed movements. Receipts add units, issues subtract units, and stock counts record the difference between the counted and recorded balance. The overview compares stock against each target and marks its reorder threshold.
Create and maintain product names, categories, bins, suppliers, and stock thresholds. Unique SKUs identify products, while searchable records make the next item easy to find.
Record integer quantities with a reference and note. The app blocks issues above available stock and repeated movement references for the same product.
Request replenishment and record ordering, receipt, or cancellation. Each product can have one active reorder; receiving it records the full quantity and updates its decision history together.
The pilot uses 1 table with fictional records. No external database is needed to explore the source app.
| Table | Sample data | What it stores |
|---|---|---|
| Products | 6 sample products | SKU, product details, bin, supplier, stock thresholds, and embedded movement and reorder history. Includes 12 sample movements and one supplier order. |
The pilot does not send supplier purchase orders, scan barcodes, reserve stock, calculate valuation, or transfer inventory between locations. A product has one storage-bin field; this is not a multi-location stock ledger. Reorders support full receipts rather than partial deliveries. Access policies and integrations have not been validated. This English desktop app reads up to 1,000 products; larger catalogs need server pagination. Package export and clean installation remain pending.
This design is a starting point. Describe the look you want, add your logo and brand colors, or ask for new features in a prompt. Use the starter prompt to build your own version in the ToolJet AI builder, or use a suggested prompt to modify an app you already have. Review and test the result.
Suggested prompts describe changes you can request. Additional features and translations still need to be built and tested.
Choose ToolJet Cloud, or download the application package to import into your self-hosted instance once the template is released.
Explore the sample records in ToolJet Database, then add your records and configure the workflow for your team.
Describe your preferred design, branding, and new features in the AI builder. Test your workflow, then share your app with the people who need it.
Stockroom includes a product catalog, movement history, stock counts, reorder thresholds, and replenishment tracking across four connected pages. You can create your own products and follow a reorder from request to full receipt.
The app adds the signed quantities in each product’s movement history. Receipts increase stock, issues reduce it, and a physical count adds the adjustment required to match the counted balance.
The issue form blocks quantities above the available balance. It also requires a positive integer quantity, reference, and note. These workflow checks are separate from database access policies.
The app marks the order Received and adds its full quantity to the stock ledger in the same save. The order keeps its decision history. Partial deliveries and external supplier order submission are not included.
Not yet. Each product has one storage-bin field. Barcode scanning, a multi-location ledger, transfers, reservations, and inventory valuation are extensions to build and test.
Yes. Use the editable starter prompt or ask the ToolJet AI builder to change colors, logo, layout, fields, terminology, and workflows. Suggested prompts cover partial deliveries, multiple locations, and French translation. Review and test the result.
The pilot uses ToolJet Database with six fictional products, 12 stock movements, and one supplier order. The app is in English with light and dark appearances. Other languages need implementation and testing.
Public deploy and download remain disabled until the importable package and clean database installation have been validated.
